I had the pleasure of staying at this charming B&B multiple times over the years, and every experience was simply perfect. The innkeepers, Kim and Dave, are incredibly kind and caring, providing exceptional service and serving up the most delicious breakfasts. The rooms and common areas were immaculate, and the location was conveniently close to dining and other activities. The location of the guesthouse was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of a handful of shops and some fabulous restaurants. We also loved that it was so close to everything we wanted to see in Colorado Springs too, from the famous ice cream shop to the local hiking trails. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the surrounding area. The service was impeccable, and the breakfast each morning was simply amazing.
The only downside was the lack of parking options available near the guesthouse.

We recently stayed at a B&B in a historic town center in Colorado. The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, we appreciated the reserved parking spot offered to us. The location was perfect, as everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Also, the view from the balcony was beautiful.
The one issue we had during our stay was with the room itself. It was a bit cramped and outdated.

Got amazing discounts for staying during Christmas, and there were plenty of snacks for us upon arrival. the location was very convenient as it was near many restaurants and stores. the room was quite comfortable and had a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony.
The heating in the room was not working properly and we had to wear coats inside to keep warm. the breakfast was not as impressive as we were led to believe.
